Elastigroup’s MCS now supports Kubernetes DaemonSets

We’re excited to announce that Elastigroup’s MCS now supports Kubernetes DaemonSets for Kubernetes clusters. DaemonSets are Pods that are automatically scheduled on some (or all) Nodes, and can be used to provide common functionality, such as logging and monitoring. MCS’s Autoscaler now automatically identifies and accounts for DaemonSets when optimizing cluster capacity to make sure the launched Nodes have enough capacity for both the DaemonSets and the pending Pods.
